Aaron Cerny is an accomplished HR transformation leader with extensive experience in HR technology and service delivery. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of HR ServiceNow Delivery at CSL since April 2024, Cerny previously worked at Wells Fargo from June 2020 to January 2024 as Senior Lead Product Manager and Executive Director, where responsibilities included implementing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery for 270,000 employees and driving transformational change across global HR functions. Prior roles include Senior Manager of HRIS and Manager of HRIS at Western Union, Independent Consultant, and various positions in prominent firms such as Amgen, ADP, and IBM Global Services. Cerny holds a B.S. in Management and a B.A. in Psychology from Purdue University.
