Andrea Douglas

Andrea Douglas is the Head of Corporate Affairs at CSL, a position held since July 2024, where responsibilities include enhancing the company's reputation through effective communication, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to this, Andrea served in multiple roles at CSL from January 2005 to June 2023, including Head of Strategic Industry Engagement and SVP of Organisation Transformation, focusing on strategic thought leadership and government relations in Australia. Andrea’s earlier roles at CSL involved overseeing global R&D strategy and managing external stakeholder relationships. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Genetics/Forensic Medicine from Monash University and a Master’s in Health Administration from La Trobe University.
