Aniela Hansen

Aniela Hansen is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management, organizational development, and employee engagement. Currently serving as Agile Human Resources Business Partner and Sr. Manager for Quality Americas at CSL, Aniela leads HR operational planning and acts as Interim Director for the Holly Springs site. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at NIIT, where Aniela focused on global initiatives in talent management and diversity, and Training Consultant, providing customized leadership training. Aniela's career includes significant positions at Ricoh USA, where responsibilities spanned employee relations, coaching, and developing succession planning programs, as well as managerial roles at Target, optimizing HR functions for store operations. Aniela holds a B.S. in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from Le Moyne College.
