Ashley Bae

Ashley Bae, MCR, ACRP-CP, is a Clinical Operations Leader who currently serves as a Sr. Global Trial Leader at CSL, where they manage global clinical trial operations in various therapeutic areas including cardiovascular and neurology. Ashley has extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, honed through previous roles as a Clinical Study Manager and Clinical Research Coordinator. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master of Clinical Research from The Ohio State University. Additionally, Ashley engages in academic enrichment through a semester abroad at the University of East Anglia.
