Bassem Samir Messac has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Associate Director of New Markets Development for the Middle East and Africa at CSL since 2015. Previously, Bassem held the position of Senior Gulf Manager at Sanofi from May 2010 to January 2015 and served as a Senior Marketing Manager. Bassem's career began with roles as a Product Specialist at Eli Lilly Saudi Arabia from May 1994 to April 1996 and at Janssen-Cilag from November 1992 to April 1994. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Cairo University, obtained from 1985 to 1990, and earlier education at College Saint Paul in Cairo, Egypt, from 1974 to 1982.
