Ben H.

Ben H. is the Head of Primary Manufacturing, having transitioned into a Process Lead role at a secondary manufacturing fill finish facility since 2020. Prior to this, Ben served as an Operations Manager in secondary pharmaceutical manufacturing, overseeing the formulation and packaging of respiratory medications. With a foundation in research and development, Ben spent 15 years in chemistry pilot plants at Evotec and GSK, focusing on implementing continuous chemistry technology. Ben holds a Bachelor's Degree from Brunel University London, earned in 2000.
