Blake Derrick

Blake Derrick is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at CSL Seqirus since June 2013, where responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to develop talent acquisition strategies and leading a team to attract high-performing talent across the U.S. Prior roles include Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant at Novartis Vaccines and Talent Acquisition Consultant at Kelly Scientific Resources, where Blake worked on customizing workforce solutions and recruiting for scientific roles. Earlier career experiences include positions at GlaxoSmithKline as a Scientist and at Clemson University as a Research Associate. Blake holds a Professional Science Masters in Biotechnology from the University of South Carolina and a B.S. in Biology from Wofford College.
