Boris Kaiser has over 24 years of experience in supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Site Supply Chain at CSL Behring since January 2006. In this role, Boris directs site logistics, planning, procurement, lifecycle management, and business process excellence. Previously, Boris held the position of Site Deployment Lead for the PACE Program, where efforts focused on harmonizing global processes and implementing S4/HANA, with successful deployments starting in January 2018. Other roles at CSL Behring include Director of Supply Chain Services and Manager of Product Care. Prior to this, Boris worked as a Global Product Manager at Roche Diagnostics from September 1999 to December 2005. Boris holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FH Nordwestschweiz, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
