Cam Olaya

Cam (Juan) Olaya is a Senior Market Access Manager at CSL, where they focus on facilitating patient access to innovative treatments. With a background in neuroscience, Cam spent six years as a researcher, earning an Honours degree, a PhD, and serving as a Postdoctoral Fellow. Previously, they worked as a Market Access Consultant and Health Economics Associate, gaining extensive experience in reimbursement submissions and commercialization strategies. Cam has also contributed to education as a Course Tutor at UNSW and as a supportive mentor, fostering student development in psychology.
