Cheryl Collins

Cheryl Collins is an accomplished Employee Relations expert who specializes in setting up Centres of Excellence and managing complex employee relations cases. With extensive experience in the EMEA region and knowledge in APAC and the US, they currently serve as Director, Regional Lead Employee Relations EMEA at CSL. Previously, Cheryl held leadership roles at Citrix Systems UK Ltd, Infosys, and several other organizations, demonstrating expertise in HR transitions, M&A, and organizational change. They are also pursuing a Master's Degree in Politics at the University of the West of England. Recognized for their collaboration and communication skills, Cheryl has effectively partnered with various teams to drive consistency and process improvements across global HR functions.
