Cindy Johnson is a Training Specialist with extensive experience as a training project leader, instructional designer, and facilitator in the telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and retail industries within Fortune 500 environments. Currently serving as the Learning Innovation & Solutions Lead at Seqirus since 2015, Cindy specializes in designing instructional programs and applying the ADDIE model to solve instructional challenges. They previously held roles such as Sr. Curriculum Designer and OD and Continuous Improvement Consultant at various organizations.
