Claudio Nicita

Claudio Nicita is a Principal Process Engineer at CSL, where they have been since 2021. With a background in mechanical engineering and an MBA, they possess extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having led multiple major plant expansion projects from concept to realization during their previous role as Project Lead at CSL Behring from 2009 to 2020. Prior to that, Claudio worked in various engineering roles, including as a Development Engineer at Ewag AG and as a Mechanical Drafter at Ascom. They also contribute to the CSL Mentoring Program as a mentor. Claudio earned their degree from PHW Bern between 2012 and 2015.
