Daniel Couto is a scientist and team leader who currently leads the Molecular Interactions Team at CSL Behring. They have extensive experience in early-stage drug discovery, focusing on designing screening strategies, guiding protein engineering, and conducting mode-of-action studies. In a previous role as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Geneva, they integrated various scientific disciplines to investigate inositol pyrophosphate cell signaling pathways. Daniel earned a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of East Anglia and holds a Master's degree in Molecular Plant Physiology from the Universidade do Porto.
