Daniel Petkov

Daniel Petkov, DVM, MS, PhD, DABT, is a Principal Toxicologist at CSL, where they currently apply their expertise in regulatory nonclinical safety and toxicology. Previously, they served as a Toxicologic Anatomic Pathologist at Charles River Laboratories and held positions as a Pathology Fellow at Tulane National Primate Research Center and Assistant Professor at the University of Calgary. With a strong foundation in comparative medicine, they have also worked as a Senior Scientist at Frontage Laboratories and a Supervisor Research Veterinarian at the University of Maryland. Daniel's academic contributions include a role as a Senior Lecturer at Massey University, focusing on infectious diseases and public health.
