Darin LaMont is currently the Operations Technology Lead at CSL Behring, where they assess new automation and MES technologies for manufacturing and mentor project delivery teams to uphold standards and best practices. With a strong background as an MES Engineer at CSL, Darin designed electronic batch records and provided critical support to manufacturing operations. Previously, they led process equipment validation as a Process Engineer and programmed automation systems as an Automation Engineer. Darin holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Olivet Nazarene University and has foundational training in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
