David Glover

David Glover is an experienced leader in biopharmaceuticals, currently serving as the Global Head of Process Engineering at CSL Behring since November 2010. In this role, oversight includes lifecycle management, new product introduction, and innovation for recombinant and gene therapy products. Previously, David held senior leadership positions in BioProcess Development, where responsibilities encompassed large-scale clinical trial manufacturing and biopharmaceutical product development. With a solid foundation in scientific and managerial roles at UCB, GSK, and Celltech, David contributed to significant product approvals, including multiple BLA and MAA submissions. David earned a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham.
