Declan Gallagher

Declan Gallagher is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in validation and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Validation Specialist at CSL Seqirus since April 2020, Declan oversees a range of process validation activities including Process Performance Qualification and Supplier Qualification. Prior to this role, Declan worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals from January 2012 to April 2020, progressing through multiple positions such as Validation Project Manager and NPI Technologist. During this tenure, responsibilities included technical documentation generation, problem-solving, and the technical transfer of products within cross-functional teams. Declan also gained foundational experience in validation and quality control as an intern and pharmaceutical operator, holding a PGCE in Secondary Biology from The University of Manchester and a BSc (Hons) in Clinical Sciences from the University of Bradford.
