Declan McGinty

Declan McGinty is a results-oriented leader specializing in operational excellence within multinational FMCG and pharmaceutical organizations. Currently, they serve as the Country Lead for Operational Excellence at CSL, following their previous role as the Head of Operational Excellence at the same company. With a strong foundation in manufacturing, McGinty has also held leadership positions at GSK, Lion Co, and Schweppes Australia, where they demonstrated a commitment to continuous improvement and team development. They earned their Bachelor of Applied Science in Microbiology from The University of Wolverhampton and a Diploma in Pharmaceuticals Fine Chemicals from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
