Douglas Lee

Douglas Lee is an accomplished professional in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Plasma Product Development at CSL Behring since December 2014. Prior experience includes leadership roles as Vice President of R&D at Grifols Inc., and as a member of the BBVV Expert Committee at the United States Pharmacopeia. Douglas has also held senior positions in pathogen safety at Talecris Biotherapeutics and various scientific roles at Bayer and Eli Lilly. With a strong academic background, Douglas earned a PhD in Biochemistry & Molecular Biophysics from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, complemented by a BS and MS in Biology and Biochemistry from East Carolina University.
