Dr. Maike Glaser is currently the Associate Director Pilot Plant at CSL, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as the Sr. Manager of the Pilot Plant at CSL Behring from 2022 to 2024 and completed their PhD in Molecular Microbiology at the Max-Planck Institute for Terrestrial Microbiology, where they worked from 2011 to 2017. Dr. Glaser gained valuable experience through various internships, including roles at Philipps-Universität Marburg, the University of Oslo, and Babraham Bioscience Technologies Ltd, and worked as a Research Assistant at Wayne State University from 2013 to 2015. They earned their Diplom Biologin with distinction from the University of Kassel in 2011.
