Emma Hatcher, MPH, is a patient advocacy and public affairs professional with over 15 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical and rare disease markets. Currently serving as the Director of Patient Advocacy & Public Affairs at CSL, they lead initiatives to strengthen relationships with patient communities and ensure their needs are prioritized in decision-making. Previously, Emma held various leadership roles, including Global Vice President at the International Myeloma Foundation, where they shaped patient advocacy strategies.
