Eric Silberstein

Eric Silberstein is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and operations within the pharmaceutical and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Lead Counsel for Operations and CSL Plasma at CSL Behring since April 2014, Eric advises senior management on agreements, litigation, and regulatory matters. Prior experiences include founding Silberstein Law Group, LLC, where Eric guided various businesses on commercial and corporate legal issues, and serving as Counsel at Salvo Rogers & Elinski. Additionally, Eric held roles as Associate Counsel at Toll Brothers, Inc. and Associate General Counsel at Aventis Behring, providing legal support for significant growth and operational needs. Eric holds a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
