Erin Munro

Erin Munro has over a decade of experience in quality document management and administration, currently serving as the Head LMS Administration for the APAC region and the Global Quality Document Management Southern Hemisphere Lead at CSL since January 2012. In this role, Erin manages the Southern Hemisphere Global Document Management Systems team, leads harmonization and remediation activities, and provides support to users globally, including training and troubleshooting. Previous roles at CSL include Quality EDMS Document Coordinator and Quality Support Assistant for QC, where Erin performed various document coordination tasks and supported the quality control functions. Before joining CSL, Erin worked as a Research Assistant at Universal Biosensors, focusing on laboratory testing, data analysis, and compliance with Good Laboratory Practices. Erin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology from Swinburne University of Technology and completed secondary education at Beaconhills College.
