Faye Dack

Faye Dack is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Business Unit Director for Rare Bleeding Disorders and Gene Therapy at CSL Behring UK and Ireland since January 2024. Prior to this role, Faye held various positions at Vifor Pharma, including Commercial Director and Patient Access Director from January 2019 to February 2024. Faye's extensive background includes leadership roles at Sanofi as Head of Value & Access and New Product Planning, as well as Market Access Director at Otsuka Pharmaceuticals. Faye has also served as Head of Market Access Marketing at AbbVie, Market Access Manager (Oncology) at Novartis, and Market Access Marketing Manager at Sanofi, among other positions. Faye began a career in the industry at BOC UK & Ireland as a Graduate Trainee after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Greenwich from 1990 to 1994.
