Gil Rochat

Gil Rochat is a visionary leader with a strong technical background developed during engineering and PhD studies. They have extensive experience in the food packaging industry and biopharmaceuticals, having held significant roles such as Supply Operations Director at Merck Group and Executive Director of Operational Excellence and Data Analytics at CSL. Currently, Gil serves as the Operating System Lead at CSL, focusing on elevating operational efficiency and quality across the enterprise. Their academic achievements include a PhD in Materials Science and an MSc in Physics from EPFL.
