Gordon Pearson

Gordon Pearson is the Head of Operational Excellence at CSL Seqirus, where they focus on fostering a continuous improvement culture using Lean principles. With over 20 years of experience across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, food, and financial services, Gordon has held roles such as Continuous Improvement Coach at Reckitt Benckiser and Operational Excellence Lead at Syngenta. They earned a Master’s Degree in Engineering and Management from the University of Strathclyde and participated in an exchange program at Technische Universität Darmstadt. Gordon's career began at Britvic Soft Drinks, where their passion for improvement was ignited through hands-on experience in the production environment.
