Greg Bauer, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSM, is currently the Associate Director of Culture & Engagement at CSL, a position held since 2023. They previously served in various roles at DLL from 2013 to 2014, and in multiple positions at CSL Behring from 2018 to 2020, including Manager of Culture & HR Strategy. Prior to these roles, Greg was the Manager of the Fitness Center at De Lage Landen from 2005 to 2008. They earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University.
