James Smith

James Smith is an experienced International Tax leader currently serving as the Head of Tax for EMEA and CSL Seqirus. With extensive expertise in international tax structuring, dispute resolution, and tax governance, they have held significant roles at companies such as BG Group and Cadbury plc, where they worked on tax strategy and global risk. Prior to their current position, James also led tax efforts during the transition of BG Group to Shell. They hold a BA Hons in History from the University of York and are a qualified ACA.
