Jayden Slater

Jayden Slater is a business strategy and excellence leader with extensive experience in optimizing operational efficiency and driving profitability. Having served as Facility Supervisor at Old School Body Shop and as Client Information Manager during an internship at Bell Photographers Inc, Jayden’s career has continued to advance with roles such as Senior Manager and Associate Director of Donor Payments at CSL, where they oversee strategic donor compensation for over 300 plasma collection centers. Currently pursuing an Associate's degree and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Weber State University, as well as an MBA in Leadership from Utah State University, Jayden is dedicated to continuous improvement and achieving organizational goals.
