Jeffrey Walker

Jeffrey Walker has extensive experience in IT leadership, with a focus on operational excellence and transformation. At CSL, Jeffrey served as Director of IT Operational Excellence PMO from December 2018 to March 2021, where responsibilities included driving change within the IT organization and leading the adoption of Microsoft Teams. Currently, as Sr. Director and IT Transformation PMO Lead, Jeffrey oversees the integration of CSL's IT with a sister company and partners with a Managed Service Provider to implement a new operating model. Prior to CSL, Jeffrey held various executive roles at AstraZeneca, including Executive Director, where responsibilities encompassed leading a major outsourcing transition from IBM to four new suppliers, delivering IT infrastructure services, and managing application migrations and integrations. Through these roles, Jeffrey has demonstrated expertise in managing complex IT projects and fostering organizational adaptability.
