Jennifer Weaver possesses extensive experience in clinical operations and management, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Clinical Portfolio Execution at CSL since February 2012. In this role, Jennifer drives operational excellence and implements effective processes and change management across clinical studies. Previously, positions included Director of Study Delivery, Analytics and Shared Services and Associate Director, Clinical Operations Lead at CSL, where responsibilities encompassed delivering global studies in the hematology/oncology portfolio and managing clinical trial projects. Prior experience includes Clinical Program Manager roles at Cephalon and a CRA position at MDS, along with a background in data management at Merck. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Penn State University.
