Jenny Barker

Jenny Barker is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in strategic human resources leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Director, HRBP Legal and Corporate & External Affairs at CSL since September 2025, Jenny partners with senior executives to align HR strategies with organizational objectives. Prior to CSL, Jenny held several key positions at Alcon, including Director of Human Resources for ANZ, where notable achievements included leading a successful APAC Great Place to Work certification program. Additional roles include Cluster Human Resources Head in Europe and Head of HR for the UK & Ireland, showcasing a strong ability to drive employee development and engagement. Earlier career experiences include impactful HR roles at BP, John Lewis, RBS, and Halliburton UK Ltd, complemented by a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Kingston University and a BSc in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London.
