Jie Zhang, PhD, is a seasoned life science executive with over 25 years of expertise in market access, pricing, HEOR/RWE, and biostatistics. Currently serving as the Head of Global Pipeline Market Access at CSL, Jie leads a team focused on developing market access strategies for a diverse portfolio. They have previously held prominent roles at Novartis, where Jie contributed to the commercialization of the first CAR-T therapy, Kymriah, across more than 35 markets. Jie has authored over 80 peer-reviewed papers and actively engages in thought leadership through conference presentations. Currently pursuing a PhD in Statistics at North Carolina State University, Jie remains passionate about addressing healthcare challenges to enhance patient outcomes and access.
