Jim Ciriello is a Senior Leader of I&T and Digital Transformation currently serving as Board Chairman at Calibre Biometrics since 2021. With a robust background in technology and business strategy, they previously held various senior roles at Merck from 2011 to 2018, where they managed a portfolio of over 300 IT programs and led digital innovation initiatives. Ciriello also contributed significantly to the development of wireless internet strategies during their time at Lucent Technologies from 1999 to 2001. They co-founded a business research center at Boston University, enhancing industry partnerships and exploring the effects of emerging technologies.
