John Neff

John Neff is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and biotherapeutics sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for North America at CSL Behring LLC since April 2005, John Neff leads a team of attorneys and legal professionals supporting various functions, including commercial operations and regulatory affairs. Prior to that, John Neff worked as Corporate Counsel at Quest Diagnostics Incorporated, where, among other roles, John Neff acted as the Billing Compliance Officer. Additional experience includes serving as Billing Compliance Officer at SmithKline Beecham and Assistant General Counsel at Franciscan Health System, where John Neff managed multiple legal and regulatory matters. John Neff holds a JD from William & Mary Law School and an A.B. in Medieval History from Harvard University.
