John Whiting

John Whiting is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Site Head at CSL Seqirus since August 2016. Prior roles at CSL Seqirus include Director of Global HRBP - Operations, Director of Organization Design and Effectiveness, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Between November 2012 and August 2016, John worked as an HR Business Partner at DWS, providing end-to-end HR partnering across the HR lifecycle. John also held an HR Advisor position at RWAV for a brief period in 2012 and contributed to the AHRI Organisation Development and Design committee while assisting in course development in collaboration with Swinburne University. Earlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Consultant for Drake International, where John managed organisational development and large-scale HR projects for several notable companies. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Psychology with a focus on Organisational Psychology from Griffith University.
