Johnny Helms

Johnny Helms is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in data and analytics leadership. Since October 2013, Johnny has served as the Director of IT Applications at CSL Behring, overseeing global data strategy and leading a specialized team focused on data systems, movement, and visualization tools. Prior to this role, Johnny was the Manager of Business Intelligence Delivery at Miami Children's Hospital from September 2011 to October 2013, where Johnny managed a team of BI Developers and was responsible for development environments. Earlier in Johnny's career at Baptist Health South Florida from May 2003 to September 2011, initial roles included Business Analyst support for the Nursing department and later, a Process Management Engineering position that streamlined numerous IT processes. Johnny holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from North Carolina State University.
