Jonathan Leather serves as the Global Head of Insurance at CSL since June 2021, having previously held the role of Manager, Global Insurance at Kosmos Energy from June 2019 to June 2021. Leather's experience includes being the Regional Leader for Americas in Insurance Risk Management at BP from 2017 to 2019 and contributing to risk management in the Treasury department at ExxonMobil between 2012 and 2017. Earlier roles include serving as an Analyst/Broker at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. from 2010 to 2012, where responsibilities included structuring onshore property insurance programs for energy clients, and as Assistant Manager at Leading Edge Tooling from 2005 to 2010. Leather holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and a BBA in Risk Management & Insurance, Business Law from Fox School of Business at Temple University.
