Joseph Genco is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leading financial planning and analysis across the pharmaceutical and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Head of FP&A at CSL Behring since April 2021, Joseph oversees financial operations for the plasma division. Prior to this, Joseph held various director roles at Novartis from July 2010 to April 2021, where responsibilities included business development finance in oncology and divisional planning in vaccines and diagnostics. Joseph began a career in finance with significant contributions at JP Morgan, focusing on the restaurant industry, and earlier, at KPMG in transaction services. Joseph earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan and a BA in Mathematics from Columbia University.
