Joshua Iser has extensive experience in human resources and workplace relations, having held various senior roles at CSL Seqirus from 2017 to 2020, including Associate Director and Senior Manager for Employee and Industrial Relations. Previously, they served as a Senior Workplace Relations and Industrial Relations Business Partner at Adecco Group Australia from 2010 to 2013, and as a Senior Workplace Relations Advisor at Sigma Pharmaceuticals from 2013 to 2016. Joshua also worked as a Senior Learning and Development Officer and Workplace Inspector for the Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman in 2009 to 2010. In terms of education, Joshua is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Deakin University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management and a Master of Workplace and Employment Law from other institutions.
