Karina Xavier

Karina Xavier is an accomplished Corporate Sustainability leader currently serving as the Global Head of Sustainability Strategy at CSL, where they lead the development of sustainability initiatives and decision-making related to the company's commitments. With prior experience including Director of Communications for ESG at Santander Bank and a Sustainability Consultant, Karina has a strong background in aligning business strategies with sustainability goals across various industries. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master of Arts from the University of Notre Dame, as well as a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley.
