Kate Rees is currently the Head of Environment, Health, and Safety at CSL, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Kate served as a Senior EHS Advisor at CSL Seqirus from 2022 to 2024 and as an EHS Advisor there from 2015 to 2022. Their earlier experience includes roles as HSE Systems and Training Coordinator and HSE Administrator at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics and Novartis, respectively. Kate holds a degree in Religion and Theology from The University of Manchester and has completed multiple NEBOSH qualifications at Wirral Met College.
