Katrina Prior

Katrina Prior, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analytics, product operations, and data management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Analytics - Patient Analytics at CSL, Katrina previously held the role of Director of Product Operations at Lucet, where strategic partnerships and technology optimization for mental health care were primary focuses. With a strong background in product management and analytics from IntegriChain, including the leadership of cross-functional teams and development of data-driven insights, Katrina has also contributed to process improvements and client satisfaction as Director of Customer Operations. Early career experiences include roles in data analytics consulting at Navigant and product management at Calconix, complemented by internships in marketing and promotions. Katrina holds a Master of Arts in Mathematics from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising/Public Relations from Penn State University.
