Kenia Rincon

Kenia Rincon currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Infrastructure, Technical Operations, Cybersecurity, and End User Services, as well as Chief Information Security Officer at CSL since April 2021. Previously, Kenia held roles as Vice President of Cybersecurity, Compliance & Risk and CISO at the same organization, and was a founding member of Chief, an organization dedicated to advancing women in leadership. Prior experience includes Managing Director of the Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice at Fenwick & West and Director at PwC, where responsibilities included compliance and risk assessment within the healthcare sector. Kenia's early career included significant positions at Merck and Reader's Digest, focusing on data governance and information security. Kenia holds an MS in Information Systems Engineering from New York University and a BBA in Management Information Systems from Pace University.
