Kevin Whitefleet is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering design within the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Director and Engineering & Design Lead at CSL Behring, Kevin manages engineering standards and oversees projects exceeding $2 million. Previous roles include Head of BioLife Project Engineering at Shire, where Kevin was responsible for capital budgeting and project oversight, and Engineering Specialist at Baxter Healthcare, focused on HVAC design for a significant facility project. Kevin's career also encompasses various engineering and project management positions at companies such as SNC-Lavalin, Ipsen, BMS, and Schering-Plough, demonstrating a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and effective management of large-scale projects. Kevin holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
