Kye Ehart is a results-driven CMC professional with over fifteen years of experience in the biotechnology industry, focusing on protein, vaccine, and cell and gene therapy process development. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the COO and Decision Support Lead, Kye has held pivotal roles at leading companies including CSL and Thermo Fisher Scientific, where responsibilities have included managing teams and overseeing critical process development and manufacturing operations. Kye's previous positions include serving as Sr. Director and Director of Process Development in various capacities, driving initiatives that accelerate organizational growth and optimize program delivery. Kye is pursuing degrees in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Biology at Texas State University.
