Laura Riera

Laura Riera is the Director of Technical Services at CSL Behring, where they are responsible for the strategy and implementation of site services for a greenfield biotech project. Previously, they served as the Capital Projects Manager at Syngenta, managing engineering and technology transfers across the EAME region from 2009 to 2017. Laura's earlier roles include Engineering Services Manager at Schering Plough and maintenance team lead at Esteve. They also worked as a Process Engineer at 3M Pharmaceuticals and a Tech Specialist at Eli Lilly in the late 1990s to early 2000s.
