Laurie Lee currently serves as Vice President of R&D for the Transplant Therapeutic Area at CSL Behring since April 2020, focusing on strategy development and execution. Prior to this role, Laurie held various positions at GSK from January 2008 to March 2020, including Vice President and Medicine Development Leader, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of evidence generation and regulatory submissions for asthma programs, as well as managing clinical development studies and regulatory documents. Laurie's experience also includes roles as Director of US Medical Affairs, overseeing safety studies and promotional activities for marketed brands, and significant academic contributions at Duke University Medical Center from 1997 to 2014, where Laurie engaged in clinical care and research in pediatric immunology. Laurie earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Pre-Professional Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
