Lisa Costello

Lisa Costello, SPHR, currently serves as the Employee Relations Manager at CSL Behring, a leader in global biotherapeutics, since October 2023. Previously, Lisa held multiple senior HR roles at Integrity Staffing Solutions from November 2015 to May 2023, including Director of Human Resources and Director of Employee Relations, where responsibilities included managing employee relations, conducting high-level investigations, and overseeing HR operations for numerous sites. Lisa’s career also includes significant roles at Target, Olympic Ventures, Inc., and Prudential Financial, where expertise in HR management, employee training, and compliance was demonstrated. Lisa earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's Degree in Business, both from Chapman University and Temple University.
