Lynette "Lyn" Hodgden has extensive experience in environmental health and safety, risk management, and business resilience, currently serving as the Global Head of Enterprise Risk Management at CSL since December 2016. Prior roles at CSL included Vice President of EHS and Business Resilience and Global Head of EHS, Risk and Business Resilience. Lyn Hodgden previously worked at Alcami Corporation, where the individual served as Vice President of Environmental, Health, and Safety, and at Amgen, holding various positions including Site Risk Lead and Director of EHS over a span of more than a decade. Early career experience includes roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb as an EHS Engineer. Lyn Hodgden holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Syracuse University, obtained between 1987 and 1992.
